Today, we are focused more and more on helping our clients cope with ever-tightening environmental standards, fuel diversity and fuel security issues, and ageing power fleets. Our innovations in combustion technology have made us a leader in converting a wide array of fuels, from coals to biomass and waste fuels, into valuable energy in a more environmentally-friendly way.

We offer a full line of environmental products, including low NOx firing systems, fuel/air balancing and over-fire air systems, and selective and non selective catalytic reduction systems to help our power and industrial clients bring older plants up to today's environmental standards, or to build new plants with state-of-the-art clean energy technology.

We also offer our clients innovative biomass technology solutions for reducing greenhouse gases in either existing (co-firing) or new power plant applications.

Our Lahti and Corenso projects in Finland illustrate how we apply our innovative circulating fluidized-bed (CFB) gasification technology to link the value of renewable fuels to conventional steam technologies, resulting in an economic and environmental win for our clients.
